Full Course
This is a comprehensive course that covers many areas of stress management. Each week you will explore how stress effects particular areas of your life and which techniques are most effective in addressing
these issues.

One of the many benefits of undertaking this course is that each week you have the opportunity to feedback how you managed with your new skills and look at what worked and what you might need to do differently.

Over the six weeks we look at:

• What stress is and how it affects you as an individual.
• How stress affects our thinking, behaviour and physical well being and techniques that address these.
• How you can use your time more effectively and what prevents you from doing this.
• How your relationships, and the way you communicate with others, affects your stress levels.
• Which techniques will work best for you in helping you manage your stress levels.

Balanced Workshops
If you are time strapped, you may benefit from attending a one-day workshop. They are designed to combat the most common stress factors our clients come to us with, enabling you to focus on areas of your life that you feel are particularly stressful and need a quick fix.

During the day you will learn a variety of techniques to combat stressors so you can return to life armed with your own tool kit to enable you to live a more balanced and fulfilled life.

One to One
